Order Cancellation

Our e-shop operates on the basis of triangular trade. Hence, if you wish to cancel an order of yours that includes products available in our collaborating providers warehouses, before the order has been dispatched, then cancellation comes at no extra cost. If the dispatch is in process, cancelling the order depends on each provider's return policy, for which you can get information on 2117707708 (sales department) before placing your order. In case the order includes products that were not available and the factory production process has started, cancellation will not be accepted. For any accepted cancellation, user/buyer will be charged with transfer expenses for the return of the products to the warehouse.

Prices

If you wish to know the end price for the products of your interest, whether there is a label price on the website or not, you shall fill in and submit to us an online offer request form (included in our website). As soon as we recieve the form we will let you know about the total cost of the products in question, including any discounts, which depends on the size and kind of the order. Shown prices are VAT (24%) and shipping fee exclusive. For certain geographic areas in Greece, where reduced VAT is applied, and provided your order requires the issue of invoice, then the end prices will be lower, as of the reduced VAT.

 

Availability

There are two product categories, according to availability:

- Products whose manufacturing starts upon order placement.
- Products are immediately available for as long as there is stock.

 

Delivery

Delivery times, dependant on product availability (see relevant section) and shipping method, are made known to you along with the order cost, after the submitted offer request. Delivery times may also be affected by unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure (e.g. strikes, weather conditions), factors that lay beyond the responsibility of our e-shop. At the latter conditions, our shop will promptly inform you.

 

In case the access to the declared by the user/buyer address of delivery is difficult for the means of transportation of the delivering company or access to the designated area is prohibited to vehicles during the delivery hours (working days, 09:00 to 17:00), you are advised to state these possible hindrances while placing your order so that we will be able to come up with a solution beforehand.

 

In case we are not timely informed, the delivery company has the right to deliver the order at the nearest accessible point or charge an extra fee for delivering the items at the doorstep.

 

Returns

a.Defective or incorrect products
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products due to Epipla.com's liability. If the products you received are different from those you ordered or you notice a factory defect, you will first need to send us photos in digital format to the email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Once we confirm their return, for shipping, they must be in the same condition you received them, meaning they should be unsealed carefully, their packaging must not be violated and they must not have been assembled. Also, they should be accompanied by a shipping note (you will receive instructions on how to correctly fill out the details in your email).

The return is accepted within 10 days from the purchase date. The shipping costs for returns to our affiliated warehouse Logistics in Aspropyrgos, Attica, must be covered by you, and after receiving them, once our liability is confirmed, we undertake the crediting of the amount.

 

To avoid inconvenience to yourself, it is good to carefully check the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order and before your signature, in order to identify any visible defects (e.g., damaged or broken goods, wrong items, etc.).

 

In case of a defective product, once all of the above are confirmed and if it is not possible to repair it by sending a spare part or part of the product at the expense of epipla.com, then the replacement can be made only if the product is available. Otherwise, a refund is made.

 

The refund is made by depositing into the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt and inspection of the returned products.

 

In case epipla.com perceives an abuse of the above right by the customer, it has the right to refuse the return.

 

b.Made-to-order products
For products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, i.e., custom-made products that are made to order by the customer, returns are not accepted unless they are defective or incorrect products, in which case they fall under the "Defective or Incorrect Products" policy mentioned in the paragraph above, or if the products are within warranty.

Assembly

Many of our products are available disassembled and packaged in a way that ensures their safest and most economical transport. Our company does not provide assembly services. The assembly of the products is the buyer's responsibility. All products come with instructions inside the packaging.
